CHOREOGRAPHIC OPPORTUNITY FOR TEEN CHOREOGRAPHERS

Now in its fifth year, our Sundays At Three: High on Dance program featuring the work of high school aged choreographers will be held on Sunday, April 11th, 2010. I have attached an application for this program for distribution to your dancers once they get back in to the swing of things at school. They need not submit a finished work, but can submit either a previous year’s work or rehearsal footage of this year’s proposed piece.

The deadline for applications is Jan 8, 2010. We will be more diligent about informing choreographers more promptly about their acceptance in to the program so that they can fully plan and schedule. I know there has been a lag on this for the past few years. Please pass this on to your appropriate students. Also, if you think of other NYC teen mentors that I have not included in this email, I welcome their contact information.
