Development Associate, Institutional Giving

Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Dance Company, a leading modern dance company based in New York City, seeks a Development Associate, Institutional Giving with at least 2-3 years experience, preferably in the arts, to join its dynamic and highly collaborative development team. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: preparing grant proposals and reports; maintaining correspondence and building relationships with institutional grant-makers and individuals; researching funding sources; strategizing new program and funding initiatives; and participating in strategic planning. Successful candidate must have excellent writing, interpersonal, organizational and computer skills, and be able to handle multiple projects. Raiser’s Edge a plus.
